Term And Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of nepaltechhub.com (the “Site”) and everything on it — content, tools, accounts and the rewards program (together, the “Services”), operated by Nepal Tech Hub (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Eligibility

• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you.
• Browsing the Site is open to anyone, but it is not directed at children under 13.
• To hold an account and take part in the rewards program you must be at least 16 years old and able to receive payments in your own name. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s consent.
• Continuing to use the Site after we update these Terms means you accept the updated version.

2. Our content

• We publish specifications, prices, comparisons, reviews and buying guides for general information.
• Specifications and prices change without notice. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that everything is current, complete or free of errors.
• Product images are illustrative. Actual units may differ by variant, batch or market.
• Spotted something wrong? Tell us at contact@nepaltechhub.com — we’d rather fix a page than leave it wrong.

3. Prices and availability

• “MRP” and “Best price” figures are indicative and vary by retailer, city, season and offer. Bargaining is normal in Nepal, and what you pay may differ.
• We do not sell any products. We are not a party to any purchase you make.
• We are not responsible for price changes, stock, delivery, taxes, duties, warranty terms or after-sales service provided by any seller.
• Always confirm the final price, warranty and authenticity with the seller before paying.

4. Advertising, affiliate links and sponsored content

• The Site carries advertising. Advertisers have no influence over our rankings, ratings or editorial content.
• Some outbound links may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
• Any sponsored or paid content is labelled as such.

5. Accounts

• You may create one account, using accurate details. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
• You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, harms other users, or is used fraudulently.

6. Rewards program

The rewards program lets you earn points for activities such as daily check-ins, quizzes and referrals, and to convert those points into a small cash payout. It is a discretionary loyalty feature, not employment, an investment, or a promise of income. Full earning rates, caps and payout methods are set out on our Earning Rules page, which forms part of these Terms.

6.1 Points

• Points have no cash value until a withdrawal is approved and paid. They are not currency, credit or property, and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted between accounts.
• Points are awarded only for activity we can verify. Daily and weekly earning caps apply to every account.
• We may correct, adjust or reverse a points balance where points were awarded in error or through activity that breaches these Terms.

6.2 Referrals

• Referral rewards are calculated as a share of what the people you invite genuinely earn.
• Referring accounts you created yourself, or accounts created to farm rewards, is not allowed and will result in the removal of referral earnings.

6.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are subject to the minimum balance, frequency limit and payment methods published on the Earning Rules page.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet or bank details you submit. We are not liable for payments sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• Every request is reviewed manually before payment. We may ask you to verify your identity or the ownership of a payment account.
• We may reject a request where details don’t match, where the account is suspected of fraud, or where the balance was earned in breach of these Terms. Rejected requests are refunded to your points balance.
• Any tax due on amounts you receive is your responsibility.

6.4 Fair use and forfeiture

• One account per person. Multiple accounts, bots, scripts, emulators, automated clicks or any manipulation of the rewards system are prohibited.
• Where we find such activity, we may remove points, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the accounts involved. Points removed for these reasons are forfeited without compensation.
• If you close your account, or we close it for a breach of these Terms, any remaining points balance is forfeited.

6.5 Changes to the program

• Point values, caps, missions, ranks and payout methods may change at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Earning Rules page.
• We may pause or end the rewards program. If we end it, we will give notice on the Site and honour valid balances that already meet the withdrawal minimum at that time.

7. Content you submit

• You keep ownership of the reviews, comments, ratings and other content you post.
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, reproduce and distribute that content on the Site and in promotion of the Site, for as long as it remains published.
• You confirm that what you post is your own, is honest, and does not infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or that reveals someone else’s personal information. Do not post paid or fake reviews of any product.
• We may edit, refuse or remove any submission, and we may remove reviews we believe are not genuine. We are not obliged to publish anything.
• Reviews and ratings reflect the views of the people who wrote them, not ours.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with the Site’s security, probe for vulnerabilities, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Scrape, copy or systematically download our content, or overload the Site with automated requests, without our written permission.
• Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with a brand, retailer or with us.

9. Intellectual property

• The Site’s original text, layout, design, graphics, logos, database and code belong to Nepal Tech Hub or are used under licence, and are protected by applicable laws.
• Product names, logos and manufacturer images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reporting purposes.
• You may quote a short extract with clear credit and a working link back to the source page. Republishing our pages, specification tables or price data in bulk, in any form, requires our written permission.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, email contact@nepaltechhub.com with the URL, a description of the work, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review and remove infringing material where the claim is valid.

11. Third-party sites and services

We link to retailers, brands, and other resources, and we use third-party services such as advertising and sign-in providers. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, prices, policies or practices. Any dealings you have with them are between you and them.

12. No professional advice

Everything on the Site is general information. It is not technical, financial, legal or professional advice. Make purchasing decisions based on your own research and, where it matters, independent advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Nepal Tech Hub harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Site, the content you submit, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms as our Services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be made visible on the Site.

17. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site or to your account where these Terms are breached, or where necessary to protect the Site or its users. On termination, your right to use the Services stops immediately, and section 6.4 applies to any points balance. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.

18. General

• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
• No waiver. If we don’t enforce a provision, that isn’t a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours if the Site changes ownership.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the Earning Rules, are the whole agreement between us regarding the Site.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most issues are resolved quickly by email.
