Our editorial purpose
NepalTechHub exists to help readers research technology in the Nepal market using clear product identity, specifications, price context, comparisons and practical buying information. Editorial content should help a reader make a better decision rather than simply repeat a seller page.
Independence from commercial relationships
- Advertising does not buy a positive verdict.
- Affiliate commission does not determine Best Price, seller ordering or product recommendations.
- Sponsored content must be distinguishable from independent editorial work.
- A commercial partner cannot require NepalTechHub to suppress a documented correction.
Sources and factual claims
For product identity and technical specifications, we prefer exact-model official or authoritative evidence where available and record conflicts instead of guessing. Nepal-market availability, seller price and warranty claims are evaluated separately from global specifications.
AI and automation
Automation or AI-assisted tools may help with research triage, formatting, drafting, comparison or data-quality checks. They are not a substitute for evidence. Product facts, price claims, identity decisions and material corrections should be supported by appropriate sources and reviewed through the site’s editorial/data workflow.
Reviews, recommendations and comparisons
When we publish a recommendation, the basis should be understandable from the page: price context, specifications, evidence, testing where applicable, strengths, trade-offs and the needs of the intended buyer. We do not describe a product as hands-on tested unless it was actually tested by a contributor.
Conflicts and corrections
When evidence conflicts, the conflict should be retained for review rather than silently resolved by convenience. Material errors should enter the correction workflow described in our Corrections Policy.
